WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS IN THE HEN EGG INDUSTRY SOME 3-4 YEARS AGO I DECIDED TO STEP TO ONE SIDE AND EXPANDED OUR DUCK EGG BUSINESS. THE AIM WAS TO BECOME A NATIONAL BRAND BOTH WITH SHELL EGG AND LIQUID EGG AND OTHER ADDED VALUE PRODUCTS.

OUR PARTNER WAS CHERRY VALLEY FOR BREEDING STOCK, FEMALE ONLY, TO GO TO THE MARKET PLACE WITH A USP,A VERY LARGE DUCK EGG.

THE MAJOR SUPERMARKETS WHERE LINING UP,FOR SHELL EGG,ARTSIAN BAKERIES FOR LIQUID DUCK EGG FOR MUFFINS INTO A MAJOR COFFEE CHAIN, AND MUCH MORE.

IT WAS THE BEGINNING.

TOTALLY DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND CHERRY VALLEY'S ATTITUDE OF TRYING TO ROLL US OVER WE CLOSED DOWN THE COMPLETE DUCK EGG BUSINESS AND MOTH BALLED THE LIQUID EGG PLANT.

NOW THIS IS WHERE IT ALL GETS INTERESTING.
